Noritz Tankless Water Heater in Chino Hills, CA

Chino Hills, CA Care One Plumbing recently completed installation of a Noritz Tank-less water heater for a long time customer. During recent renovations we discovered the Chino Hills Resident had been living with a slab leak that went unnoticed until the water started to boil up in the recently tiled living room. we located the leak in a very inconvenient spot. The homeowner did not want to destroy recently installed tile flooring and cabinetry, so we re-routed the piping through the ceiling and down to the manifold to restore the water to the effected fixtures.
We also noted some other issues with the existing water heater installation, and discussed the homeowners options for correcting the issue. We settled on replacement of the tank style heater with a new Noritz Tank less water heater, we had to re-locate the tankless to the outside of the home to allow for a cost effective installation. Our Customer is thrilled that they are now able to fill their large soaking tub without draining their old tank style heater, and the longer showers are pretty nice as well. To maintain the performance of a heater, it should be cleaned as often as once or twice per month. When its dirty, the performance drops dramatically. So, it is important to clean it regularly to avoid any health risks.
